Lao Communication Technology Co., Ltd (LCT) was established in August 2018 and was jointly invested by Ministry of Public Security of Laos and Aerospace Shenhe Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd and Investment and Hydro Power Consultant Sole Co, Ltd (IHC). The main business of the company are the research and development, manufacturing and sales of modern communication products. After completion, the company will have a variety of product types, currently has produced encrypted telephones, MESH, law enforcement instruments, Surveillance system, military drones, satellite phones and other military, police and civilian communications products.
