Situated in the heart of the Vientiane capital of Laos, Laos International Development (LID) is in close proximity to the central bus station, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. We are planning to build an international city complex of 520,000 square meters, include a building with an area of 380,000 square meters. As for Block B, the 1st to 3rd floors are decorated with Southeast Asian style, with handicrafts, apparel, luggage, gold, jewelry and other formats as the main business; the fourth floor is occupied by I-Furniture, the largest furniture brand in Laos, offering the best home experience in Laos; the fifth floor is dominated by children's education and toys. Thailand's well-known children's play center Funderland is opened and offered their service. Block C is planned as duty-free shops, urban outlets and large-scale leisure and entertainment clubs. Currently, we are in cooperation with Thailand KINGPOWER and Beijing Capital Group. CLUB DPLUS, located on the 5th floor, is opened and offered sauna service and DPlus Club. WTC International Apartment (Building 2) has a total construction area of approximately 23,000 square meters and a total height of 23rd floors. At present, it is entering the final decoration stage.
