According to the domestic and foreign markets demand and market competitiveness, the company has determined the target market of project products: by targeting the consumer market in economically developed cities such as China as the main target and expand to the neighboring country's markets.

On March 7th, 2019 Lao IHC Mining Sole Co., Ltd (IHCM) signed the Marble Mining and Processing Agreement with Department of Planning and Investment of Huaphanh Province, which the project is located in Nam In Village, Samtai district, Huaphanh Province, in the area of 4 hectares.

On April 23rd, 2020 obtained the Marble Mining License from Department of Energy and Mines, Huaphanh Province, No. 382/DEM.HP.

On February 28th, 2020 IHCM signed an Agreement with the Government of the Lao PDR, represented by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the aim of expanding marble prospection and exploration area in Nam In Village, Samtai district, Huaphanh Province, with the total area is 52,08km2, and 84 months of the contract period.

On March 31st, 2020 obtained Investment License to establish Project Company as "Lao IHC Marble Sole Co., Ltd", No. 010-2020/IPD.I3.

On April 28th, 2020 obtained business license of project company "Lao IHC Marble Sole Co., Ltd" No. 0584/ERO.

On July 23rd, 2020 obtained Marble Prospection License from Geology and Mines Department, Ministry of Energy and Mines No. 974/MEM.GMD.

On February 2nd, 2021 obtained Marble exploration license from Geology and Mines, Ministry of Energy and Mines No. 265/ MEM.GMD.
