Pale Gold Mine Project: this is the first gold mine project of Investment and Hydropower Consultant Sole Co., Ltd that invested in Laos, and it is a gold mine project which the Lao government trusted and approved to investors. The main purpose of this project is to develop as a model project and to be a representative image of Laos’s mineral exportations.

On September 11rt, 2018 Lao IHC Mining Sole Co., Ltd and the Lao Mineral Development Enterprise have jointly signed an agreement with the Lao Government, represented by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Laos, to operate gold minerals prospection and exploration in Pale Village, Kaleum district, Sekong Province, in an area of 200 km2, with 84 months of the contract period.

On November 26th, 2018 obtained the Investment License of the project company "Sekong Mining Co., Ltd" No. 054-18/IPD.I3.
On January 25th 2019 obtained the Business License of the project Company “Sekong Mining Co., Ltd” No. 0090/ERO.
